Willow Observatory is an early access software product. Features may change, break, improve, or be removed as the product is tested and refined.

By using Willow, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that it is not a finished substitute for professional judgment.

You keep ownership of the prompts, files, notes, and other content you provide. You give Willow permission to process that content to provide the app, preserve continuity, route requests, generate responses, and improve product reliability.

You must not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. Review important output before relying on it.

Willow may help preserve continuity and detect coherence risk, but it does not guarantee correct answers.

Willow is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant, therapist, financial advisor, or emergency service. Do not use Willow as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features may require a subscription, trial, usage limit, or approved developer access. Pricing, limits, and feature availability may change before general availability.

Do not use Willow to harm others, break the law, violate rights, bypass security, generate malware, spam, harassment, or deceptive content, or overload the service.
