Privacy Policy

Willow may collect account details, profile preferences, conversations, continuity objects, projects, spaces, uploaded files, usage events, error logs, and settings needed to run your Observatory.

When you use AI features, Willow may process your prompt, relevant continuity context, selected files, and the model response needed to complete the request.

Willow uses your information to provide the app, keep continuity across sessions, organize context, route work to the right surface, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support account or billing operations.

Willow is designed to avoid sending entire conversation histories when a smaller continuity artifact or selected context is enough.

Willow can use third-party AI providers and tool services as bounded workers. Those providers may process the limited prompt, context, files, or output required for a request.

Provider keys are kept server-side. Users should not paste private API keys into normal chat unless Willow explicitly provides a secure flow for that purpose.

Uploaded files and linked sources may be stored so Willow can reference them later. Willow may keep source references, summaries, decisions, open loops, and continuity artifacts instead of copying every source into every prompt.

You remain responsible for only uploading content you have the right to use.

You can export your Willow data from Settings, clear local browser state, sign out, or request account deletion. Deletion requests may require identity verification and may not remove records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Willow uses authenticated accounts, server-side secrets, and scoped storage patterns. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so avoid sharing passwords, financial account credentials, medical record portals, or other highly sensitive secrets unless a supported secure connector exists.
